Physical Features
◆ 100% tested to fully conform to GB/T2820-97 China National Standard.
◆ Engine is designed and manufactured by Cummins and alternator by Stamford, Siemens and Marathon.
◆ Alternator exciter system enables the generator set to handle any frequency decrease in case of transient loading.
◆ The low reactant design of the alternator enables non-linear wave distortion to be minimized, also offering satisfactory startup capability.
◆ PT fuel system developed by Cummins operates stably with full combustion, being highly efficient with good emissions.
Electric Performances
◆ 230/400V, 50HZ, 0.8PF (lagging) 3P4W output
◆ Voltage adjusting rate: >10%
◆ Frequency adjusting range: 0 - 5%
◆ Stable voltage adjusting rate: 1%
◆ Transient voltage fluctuation range: (-15%, +20%)
◆ Stable frequency fluctuation range: <±0.25%)
◆ Transient frequency adjusting range: (-7%, +10%)
◆ Voltage distortion rate: <5%
◆ Voltage recovery time: (±3%)<1S
Protective Functions
◆ High water temperature alarm and shutdown
◆ Low oil level alarm and shutdown
◆ Overspeed alarm and shutdown
◆ Over current protection
◆ Over voltage protection
◆ Over power protection
Operation Environment
◆ The ideal operation environment for generator set is in an ambient temperature of below 40°C and below an altitude of 1525M.
◆ With every 300M increase of altitude beyond 1525M, output power will decrease by 4%.
◆ With every 11°C increase of temperature above 40°C, output power will decrease by 2%.
